The concepts paraded here are our response to briefs to establish new brands and revive / develop existing brands. Branding often constitutes a company's defence of its market share, and its will to stake its claim on other's shares. The brand identity is everything to everything else and as such is most effective when it is expressed and applied consistently: when a piece of design falls short of the established identity it undermines the brand value. |

Identity design for Waterbox In naming this company we set out to avoid the words 'aquarium' and 'fish': the search uncovered 'Waterbox'. The boxy nature of the design allures to aquariums, in which the elements, naturally, either float or sink. |

Identity design for The Bordeaux Wine Company BWC is a very modern company operating in an industry steeped in history. The identity reflects BWC's understanding and knowledge of the industry and its own desires to add a contemporary twist of simplicity to the complexly traditional world of vintage Claret. It was important that the identity did not undermine the essence of the product, but instead enhanced its value and place in the present day. We have recently been commissioned to develop a web site for BWC. |

Identity design for The DAE Partnership (pronounced 'day') Given that DAE specialise in criminal law cases, one could argue that their identity is irrelevant to their clients' needs. In fact, if you look at the majority of solicitor's business cards you'll find that to be a popular argument, resulting in most law firms leaving their stationery design to the print shops. DAE, however, are not of that ilk. We agreed that if you wear a £500 wig to work it isn't appropriate to carry a 2 bob business card!! |

Identity design for Rosemont Marketing Limited RM is a very modern company. The client requested the use of sky blue and instructed us that RM is the first of what will become a group of companies under the umbrella title of Rosemont Group. Thus the logo consists of a single rose petal, the complete rose being the Group's logo. The identity, overall, is vibrant, bold and very confident, everything you need to prosper in the marketing industry. We are on the verge of going live with RM's first web site. As such, the web site images here are screen grabs of the site in development. |

Identity design for Wireforks Our letterhead is also our invoice, is our compliments slip, is our 'anything you want it to be A4 headed paper'! We 'highlight as applicable' and fill the designated boxes with the relevant information. This is a very economical design, both in terms of the time it takes to complete the various correspondence and the fact that it only uses black print. The business card naturally follows suit, bearing a CONTACT REGARDING / BRIEF FOR / RECOMMEND TO / ETCETERA box for us or the recipient to fill in! The cards are backed with heavy red or chocolate brown stock, for mere colour's sake. |
